2. SUBSTANCES HAZARDOUS TO HEALTH

3. STORAGE AND HANDLING
Storage Store in a cool well ventilated place away from sources of ignition and heat. Keep containers closed.
Protection requirements Wear solvent resistant gloves and eye protection.
Special precautions Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid breathing vapours, skin and eye contact. Use specified protection and a respirator if extraction is inadequate. Take precautions against static discharge.
Spill or leak procedure Wear suitable protective clothing and respirator if necessary. Isolate/remove sources of ignition. Absorb with sand or any inert absorbent and transfer to sealed containers for disposal. Small spillages may be wiped up and flushed with water.
Method of disposal Burn under controlled conditions or bury in accordance with local authority regulations. Employing the services of a reputable waste disposal contractor recommended.
Environmental hazards Do not discharge into or allow spillages to enter drains, sewers or waterways. Could lead to a potential fire/explosion hazard at a distant location. The product may also be toxic to fishand micro-organisms used for water treatment.
Incompatible substances Strong acids, alkalis and oxidizing agents.
4. FIRE HAZARD DATA
Extinguishing media Extinguish with alcohol resistant foam, fine water spray or halon. Small fires may be extinguished with carbon dioxide or chemical powder.
Special fire precautions Wear self contained breathing apparatus and protective clothing. Keep exposed containers cool with water spray. Do not use a water jet to extinguish a fire.
Unusual fire/explosion hazards Flammable liquid, may float on water presenting a floating fire hazard. Vapours can form explosive mixtures with air above the flash point.

6. EMERGENCY AND FIRST AID PROCEDURES
| Inhalation | Remove affected person to fresh air. Give artificial respiration if breathing has stopped. Oxygen may be given if breathing is difficult. Seek medical attention. | | Skin Contact | Remove any contaminated clothing and wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Seek medial advice if necessary | | Eye Contact | Rinse immediately with plenty of water and continue rinsing for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention if necessary. | | Ingestion | Rinse mouth and give approximately 0.5/1 litre water or milk to drink. Do not induce vomiting. Seek immediate medical attention. |
