• Controllable temperature gives consistent results time after time. The examples in the photographs were achieved on only the second use of the iron - the first use being just to test it out on scrap leather. All the work in the photographs was done in less than an hour. No waiting while your tools reheat.



• A mid range temperature is perfect for tooling with gold foil or real gold foil. By turning the temperature up you can achieve some wonderful blind tooling. The higher the temperature the darker the results!



• Perfect straight lines are easy to achieve by running the tool head down a metal ruler.



• Over thirty different heads enable you to build up numerous patterns. There are some of the heads that are probably not much use on leather/cloth but we found that 24 were definitely of use. The rest of the heads have other uses. Using the fine line tools you can do writing – this can take some practice however!



• Can also be used for pyrography and crafts etc.



• The large flat head can be used as a tacking iron for paper repairs – not quite as easy to use as the traditional tacking iron but good results can be achieved. Just make sure you have it on a low setting so as to not burn the paper.
